This is a superb vintage French advertising sign in the shape of a bottle.

It is advertising the mineral water Source Parot which has been bottled since 1899.

The bottle is made of cardboard and has a stand at the back secured with metal clips. These can be removed to enable the bottle to fold in 3.

The bottle is large and decorative. It is a stunning shade of green with a jolly red top. The label tells of the history of Source Parot and bears the company's fish brand mark. Around the neck of the bottle is a hanging sign with the words 'En Vente Ici'

Originally intended to stand in bars and shops this sign would now make a very decorative piece.

It measures :- H 88 cm (34.5 inches) x W 23.5 cm (9.25 inches) x D 9 cm (3.5 inches)
