B1327 - Divine Antique French Toleware Jewellery /Trinket Stand With Mirror & Glass Bowl

This is a divine antique French jewellery / trinket stand dating from the 1800's. It would certainly add an authentic finishing touch to a château chic boudoir.

The frame of the stand is made of twisted wirework decorated with a toleware leaf and flower. Within the frame is held a beautiful glass bowl in shades of amber and turquoise and with a gorgeous frilly edge. To either side of this, held in a repoussé cup, is a little amber coloured glass.  A bevelled mirror on the back of the frame completes this astonishing ensemble.

The stand and it's glass bowl & cups have survived the years in good condition. The glass is all in good order with no chips or cracks.

The stand measures 21 cm (8.25 inches) high x 17 cm (6.75 inches) wide x 14 cm (5.5 inches) deep.

A lovely trinket stand to use and enjoy and another divine antique French find from La Belle Étoffe.
