This fabulous antique French cotton velvet cloth could be used either as a tablecloth or a throw for a sofa or a chair. It would certainly add an authentic turn of the century finishing touch to a room.

It is made in a sumptuous thick cotton velvet in a rich chestnut brown. It has a deep border in shades of green and brown.

The edges have a single sewn turn back. The cloth is in good antique condition with no holes or wear but there are a few dark marks to the centre (please see photos).

It measures :- 158 cm (5 ft 2.25 inches) x 156 cm (6 ft 1.5 inches).

This is a fabulous tablecloth / sofa throw  to add an authentic antique statement and another divine period French textile find from La Belle Étoffe.
