This is a sublime vintage French dressmaker's mannequin made by the famous PARIS maker Cléo.

Cléo were established in 1948 and this mannequin dates from the 1950's.

She is very decorative and would be a wonderful addition to a shop display or a château chic boudoir interior.

She is in wonderful condition, has a figure to die for, and oozes style.

Her body is covered in fine linen which has mellowed with the passage of time but is intact, with just one or two tiny areas of wear.

She stands on a turned ebonised plinth with 3 legs and there is ebonised wood to the neck.

The size 40N is printed at the neck. At the base of the front is printed 'Cléo 16, Rue Halévy - PRO 3434 PARIS OPERA S61'.

The mannequin has the fashionable shape of  the 1950's with a pert small bosom, slim waist and ample hips.

Her vital statistics are :-  Bust 35 inches (89 cm), Waist 26 inches (66 cm), Hips 38 inches (97 cm).

She stands  5ft 4 inches (163 cm) high.

The mannequin is sturdy and dismantles for ease of transportation.
