This gorgeous vintage French hand made boutis quilt would make the perfect accessory for a shabby chic interior.  It would look superb on a bed or would make a lovely throw for a chair or sofa.

The quilt is hand made and is plumptiously padded. It has a different cotton print to either side. One has a light lemon background with fabulous floral vignettes in vibrant pinks, blues and white. The other side has a mushroom coloured background with light pink and vibrant red and green carnations - just fabulous.

We have left the quilt as we found it. It is in good vintage condition with no wear or fading to the textile but there are some marks to the print with the lemon background (please see all the photos).

It measures:- 160cm (5ft 3 inches) long x 115 cm (3 ft  9.25 inches) wide.

A truly gorgeous quilt to add an authentic vintage finishing touch and another superb French textile find from La Belle Étoffe.
