This beautiful antique French gilded brass mount would originally have come from a bed or an armoire and dates around 1900. It would look superb just hung on a wall, or could be used as part of a restoration project.

It has a gorgeous bow crest from which 'hangs' a stunning urn filled with flowers.

The mounts is of excellent quality and is a weighty little piece. Fabulous detail to the casting of the metal gives the bow and flowers their wonderful three dimensional quality. The gilding has mellowed to a lovely antique hue.

The mount has 7 holes to take pins for fixing and measures :- 32 cm (12.5 inches) high x 10 cm (3.9 inches) wide.
