This is a divine antique French painted wooden panel, possibly a door from a piece of furniture. It now makes a delightful wall hanging full of shabby chic charm.

The surrounding border is in a sublime shade of green. The central panel has a cream background overpainted with a gorgeous spray of roses in a delicious shade of pink.

We have left the panel as we found it, perfectly distressed and a little timeworn. The wood has lovely graining and this shows through the paint to wonderful effect.

The panel is sturdy and has 2 loops on the back for hanging.

It measures 75.5 cm (29.75 inches) high x 31.5 cm (12.5 inches) wide.
