This is an adorable vintage French plush toy dog dating from about 1940.

I think he is a Fox Terrier or he could be an Airdale. He has beautiful glass eyes, furry ears and a whiskery face with a very sweet expression. Around his neck he wears a black velvet bow.

He is in good antique condition and is very sturdy.

He measures :- 15 cm (6 inches) high x 20 cm (8 inches) long, nose to tip of tail.

An adorable little dog ready for re-homing and another divine vintage French brocante find from La Belle Étoffe.
