This is a superb antique French double towel rail in the Art Nouveau style and dating around 1900. It would make a very stylish addition to a château chic salle de bain.

The glass rails are held in stylish metal brackets with a scrolled tendril design. The silver gilding on the metal has patinated over the years to perfect effect.

The glass rails are in good antique condition with a just a little scuffing from years of use .

The backplate of each bracket has 2 holes for attaching it to a wall.

The towel rail measures :- 57.5 cm (22.5 inches) wide x 13 cm (5 inches) high x 13.5 cm (5.25 inches) deep.

This fabulous towel rail is from a carefully selected collection of decorative antique French pieces  from 'La Belle Étoffe'.

N.B. The towels are for display purposes and are not included.
