This is a sublime antique French towel rail dating around 1900. It would make a very stylish addition to a château chic salle de bain.

The glass rails are held in a stylish metal bracket which fixes to the wall. The rails are hinged with the bracket allowing them to angle as required.

The silvering on the bracket and the tips of the rails has patinated & mellowed to perfection.

The glass rails are in good antique condition with no chips or cracks. There are some scratches from years of use.

The bracket has 2 slots for attaching it to a wall.

The towel rail when laid flat measures :- 51 cm (20 inches) wide x 15.5 cm (6.25 inches) high.
