This stunning pair of antique French ormolu mounts would originally have come from a bed or an armoire and date from the 19th Century. They would look superb just hung on a wall or could be used in restoration projects.

They each have a beautiful urn shape. The urns have elegant scrolled handles and are filled with gorgeous flowers.

The mounts are of excellent quality. Fabulous detail to the casting gives the urn and flowers their wonderful three dimensional quality.

The gilding on the ormolu has mellowed and patinated to wonderful effect but still catches the light beautifully.

Each mount has 3 holes for fixing to a wall and measures 22.5 cm (9 inches) high x 9 cm (3.5 inches) wide.
