This is a sublime antique French bridal couronne and matching wrist corsage dating from the 1920's. It is unused - in fact we found it still wired to it's original PARIS retail packaging. We have carefully removed it from it's packaging (included) to display it for a bride to see how it could now be incorporated into a modern day bridal veil ensemble to give 'the something old' finishing touch.

The couronne is of classic 1920's style. It has a braided silk ribbon band to either side of which is a wired wax bud and silk flower & leaf corsage. To the back is a wire threaded with faux pearls.

The wrist corsage has a matching wired bud and flower arrangement.

The colours are a combination of antique white and cream.

As it sits on the cushion the tiara measures :- 25 cm (9.75 inches) wide x 18 cm (7 inches) deep. We have photographed it on an antique mannequin head.
The wrist corsage measures :- 19 cm (7.5 inches) from the tip of a wax bud to the extremity of the loops.
