B1544 - Beautiful Large Pair Antique French Chateau Curtain Pole Finials, Roses, Flowers

This is a beautiful pair of  large antique French curtain pole finials dating from the 1800's. They would certainly add a château chic finishing touch to a curtain ensemble.

They have a gorgeous rose & flower garland design. They are weighty and of good quality with excellent detail to the casting of the metal. Over the years the gilding has mellowed and patinated to a lovely old gold hue.

They each have their original screw in the bottom for attaching to a pole.

The finials measure:- 13 cm (5.1 inches) high (not including the screw)  x 9.5 cm (3.75 inches) wide. The base plate is 4.25 cm (1.6 inches) in diameter.
