This divine antique French lace curtain / drape dates about 1900. It would be the perfect pretty finishing touch to a window.

The curtain is made in a cotton filet lace in a lovely antique cream. It has a central round insert hand worked with cherubs and flowers and a hand worked floral lace border to both sides.

The top is ruched onto a tape where there are some threads from a previous attachment.

The curtain is clean and in good antique condition. There is just one tiny hole to the centre bottom (please see photos).

The curtain measures :- 126 cm (4 ft 1.5 inches) long x 170 cm (5 ft 7 inches) across the middle and 140 cm (4 ft 7 inches) across the top.

A lovely filet lace curtain to add an authentic antique French finishing touch and another gorgeous antique French textile find from La Belle Étoffe.
