This is a superb antique French religious picture frame with a hook.  It is made in gilded metal and is very decorative and architectural. It would be perfect for a special niche and make a thoughtful gift.

It is made in the style of Gothic church architecture. It has a central crest with a steeple to either side and a rose window beneath. There is a central rectangular space to take a picture and a hook below to perhaps take a watch or a key.

The rectangular display space has a lip in which to sit the picture. There is no glass.

There is a loop on the back of the frame for hanging purposes.

The item measures :- 15.75 cm (6.1 inches) high x 5 cm (2 inches) wide.
The display area measures :- 6 cm (2.3 inches) high x 2.75 cm (1.1 inches) wide.
