This is a gorgeous set of 10 antique French gilded toleware curtain rings dating from the 1800's.

They have a fabulous bow and laurel leaf embellishment which will sweep down over the top of the curtain when hung on a pole. The effect will be stunning and very chic.

These rings would have originally have been sewn directly onto the curtain but a wire loop could be added to each ring in order to take a modern curtain hook.

The rings are suitable for medium to lightweight curtains. They have received some minor dents over the years (please see photos) but this does not detract from their useability or beauty. The gilding has patinated a little over the years but still has a lovely buttery hue which catches the light beautifully.

Each ring including the laurel leaf embellishment measures :- 10 cm (4 inches) high x 2.75 cm (1.1 inches) wide.

The inside of the curtain ring itself measures 5.5 cm (2.25 inches) diameter.
