This is a gorgeous set of 20 antique French gilded metal curtain rings dating from the 1800's. They are very substantial and would be perfect for a heavy pair of château curtains

They have a beautiful rose and leaf embellishment which will sweep down over the top of the curtain when hung on a pole. The effect will be stunning and very chic.

These rings would have originally have been sewn directly onto the curtain but a wire loop could be added to each ring in order to take a modern curtain hook.

The rings are in good antique condition. The gilding has a patinated a little in places (please see photos) but it still retains a golden glow.

Each ring including the rose embellishment measures :- 10 cm (4 inches) high x 2 cm (0.8 inches) wide.

The inside of the curtain ring itself measures 5.5 cm (2.25 inches) diameter.
