B1920 - Beautiful Antique French Brass Candle Girandole / Candlestick With Crystals

This fabulous antique French brass girandole / candlestick would certainly add an authentic château chic finishing touch. It would look superb as a table centrepiece and would add flickering candle lit atmosphere to a bathroom or a boudoir.

The girandole sits on a round base and has a central column finishing in the candle cup with it's bobeche. Below the bobeche is a whorl of tendrils from each of which hangs a pendalogue crystal with a rose crystal button. The pendalogues are fabulously cut and catch the candle light beautifully.

The girandole is in sturdy antique condition. The brass has mellowed a little but still has a golden glow.

There is a hole in the base to take a wire should one wish to convert the girandole back to electricity.

The girandole measures :- H 21 cm (8.25 inches) x W approx. 16 cm (6.3 inches). The base is 9.5 cm (3.75 inches) in diameter.
