B2027 - Stunning Antique French Brass Ciel De Lit, Bed Couronne, Bed Canopy With Crest

This is a stunning antique French ciel de lit / bed couronne. It forms the decorative surround of a centre piece from which drapes could be hung above a bed and would be a superb addition to a château chic boudoir.

It is made in brass and has acanthus leaf detail and a beautiful crest with flowers. 

It has two holes on the back bracket for fixing to a wall and a fitting on the front to which a supporting chain could be attached if required.

The ciel de lit is sturdy. The brass has a lovely antique patina. 

It measures :- W 54 cm (21.25 inches) x D 20 cm (7.8 inches) x H 11.5 cm (4.5 inches).

It weighs :- 1.7 kg.
