B2042 - Rather Splendid Vintage Italian Three Arm Brass Candle Girandole / Candlestick

This fabulous three arm vintage Italian brass girandole / candelabrum would certainly add an authentic château chic finishing touch. It would look superb as a table centrepiece and would add flickering candlelit atmosphere to a bathroom or a boudoir.

The girandole sits on a round base and has a central column from which the arms branch. Within the arms are 2 tiers of wire whorls. The top tier is delicately hung with crystals in smokey shades. The bottom tier is hung with three gorgeous bunches of glass grapes in a stunning shade of blue.

The 3 brass candle cups have glass bobeche.  Beneath each of these, hanging from an arm is a further hanging bunch of grapes, one in red, one clear and one black. A further ring of crystals in smoky shades and bright blue complete this stunning ensemble. 

The girandole is in sturdy antique condition. 

It measures :- H 31.5 cm (12,4 inches) x  W 23 cm (9.1 inches). The base is 10 cm (4 inches) in diameter.
