B2093 - Gorgeous Pair Long Antique French Cotton Lace Chateau Curtains / Drapes, Circa 1920

This is a gorgeous pair of long antique French lace château curtains dating about 1920. They are very detailed and would add the perfect frothy finishing touch to a feature window.

They are machine made in cotton and have a very intricate flower & scrolled design. They are scalloped to 3 edges and have a tape at the top where they are gently gathered.

The curtains have been laundered and are antique white in colour. They are in good antique condition. There is little giving to the binding tape at the edges of a few of the scallops (please see photos).

One of the curtains is about 6 cm (2.3 inches) longer than the other but this can be addressed when they are hung. We have photographed them as they are and have not tried to adjust them to the same length.

The longer curtain measures :- 281 cm (9 ft 2.6 inches) long.

The shorter curtain measures :- 275 cm (9 ft 0.2 inches) long.

Each curtain measures :- 138 cm ( 4 ft 6.3 inches) wide at the bottom and 100 cm (3 ft 3.3 inches) wide at the top.
