This is a divine antique English magazine rack dating from about 1930.

It is made from wood and the paint is a sublime shade of green with a crackle glaze finish.

The front and back panel have hand painted flowers in glorious detail and colour.

The edges of these panels have a raised gesso finish and are painted in a lovely shade of old gold.

The magazine rack has two compartments and sits on four sturdy feet. There are two handles for carrying purposes.

The rack is sturdy throughout.

It measures :- H 33 cm (13 inches) x W 35.5 cm (14 inches) x D 16 cm (6.25 inches)

It can be seen in our shop in Frome, Somerset.
