This is a fabulous set of 4 antique French ormolu curtain pole finials dating from the 1800's. They would certainly add a touch of grandeur to a window.

Their shape resembles an acorn but they are in fact an acanthus leaf cup holding a pine cone.

They are heavy and of good quality with excellent detail to the casting. The ormolu has mellowed over the years to a soft old gold.

The finials have their original bolts for fixing to a pole.

They measure:- 11.5 cm (4.5 inches) high x 7 cm (2.75 inches) wide. The base plate is 5.5 cm (2.25 inches) in diameter.

A superb set of curtain pole finials to add a château chic finishing touch and another divine antique French find from La Belle Étoffe!
