This is a divine set of 5 tiny antique French silk lampshades dating from the early 1900's. They would be perfect to add a château chic finishing touch to a 5 armed chandelier.

The silk is a lovely shade of antique white and is finely pleated. The top and bottom of the shades are trimmed with passementerie now faded to a dark old gold.

Inside the shades have a wire fitting for slipping on to a candle bulb.

The shades are in excellent antique condition with no damage to the fabric. The wire fittings have a little patination as one would expect.

Each shade measures :-

9 cm (3.5 inches) high

9 cm (3.5 inches) across the bottom.

6 cm (2.5 inches) across the top.
