B669/S - SOLD

This is a sweet pair of antique French brass curtain tie backs dating from about 1880.

It is a  good quality pair with excellent detail and definition to the casting.

The back plate is very decorative and the fascia of the hook has a fabulous Fleur de Lys design

The brass has naturally mellowed over the years to a lovely antique patina.

The tie backs have a strap on the back of the top plate and can be fixed by hanging them on a hook.

They measure :- H 12 cm (4.75 inches) x W 5.5 cm (2.25 inches) x D 11 cm (4.3 inches).

This is a gorgeous pair of tie backs to add a château chic finishing touch and another divine antique French find from La Belle Étoffe!
