B724 - Charming Antique French Floral Oil Painting On Canvas, Atmospheric Piece, C1900

This is a charming antique French oil painting dating from about 1900.

It is a very atmospheric piece and would add an authentic touch to a vintage home.

It is painted on canvas and has a sublime green background with a darker green panel in the middle. Across these are painted the most glorious yellow daisies in wonderful colour and detail. The painting is signed 'Adrienne'.

The painting was once framed but is lovely as it is. It has mellowed over the years and there is a little distressing which just adds character.

It measures 49 cm (19.25 inches) wide x 22 cm (8.5 inches) high.
