This is a charming antique French brass picture frame dating from the early 1900's. It is of that hard to find double configuration and would be perfect for a pair of lovebirds - perhaps as a wedding present.

It has a double oval configuration each with a lovely laurel leaf garland crest. The brass frames also have intricate decoration.

The ovals hold photographs of a young lady and man very smartly dressed in the clothes of the era but these can be changed if required.

The frame itself is very sturdy and there are two very sturdy backrests.

The frame measures 10.5 cm (4.25 inches) high x 14 cm (5.5 inches) wide.

While standing it is 5 cm (2 inches) deep.
