This is a divine antique French religious porcelain figure of  Mary, The Madonna  dating from about 1900. It is a very decorative piece and would make a stunning addition to a religious or vintage display.

Mary has a beautiful serene face with a lovely blush to her cheeks. She has gorgeous hair which flows down her back and shoulders and she wears a flower garland crown.

Her attire drapes beautifully. She wears a gorgeous blue cloak with a gilded collar. Her robe is of a soft lilac / pink and it is held with a gilded sash.

She is painted in lovely detail and the colours are sublime.

She is in good condition with just a little wear to the gilding on the base.

She measures :- H 22 cm (8.75 inches) x W 7 cm (2.75 inches) x D 6.5 cm (2.5 inches).
