A charming pair of compact antique French leather club chairs of a size ideal for a snug or study.

The chairs are of good shape and have attractive studding to the arms and back.

The leather is original to the chairs and is thick and glossy in rich chestnut tones.

It has gained some marks and repairs over the years (see pics) which add character to these wonderful chairs.

The chairs have new plumptious lift out feather cushions that have been covered in vintage French cotton velvet.

The springs of the chairs are in good order and have been re-webbed.

The chairs are sturdy and robust and offer comfortable seating.
