L181 - SOLD

This is a lovely pair of antique French double arm wall lights dating from the early 1900's.

They are unusual in that they are silver gilded and each has a charming cherub.

The back plate of the lights has an acanthus leaf design which continues into the arms and it is between the arms that the cherub is perched.

The wall lights are of good quality, having good weight and detail to the casting.

The silver gilding has a lovely antique hue which is almost pewter in colour.

Each wall light measures :- H 29 cm (11.5 inches) x W 25 cm (9.75 inches) x D 14 cm (5.5 inches).

These lovely wall lights can be seen in our shop in Frome, Somerset.
