TL053 - SOLD

A beautiful antique English barbola table lamp dating from the 1920's.

Originally gold, the paint on the lamp has mellowed over the years to a lovely shade of bronze.

The base of the lamp is decorated with gorgeous barbola flowers and leaves.

Among the flowers are two exquisite pink roses. These, and the other flowers and leaves have now faded to lovely timeworn mellow hues.

The column of the lamp has leafed sprigs of barbola decoration and there is further decoration around the base of the lamp.

Over the years there has been small chips to the barbola on the column but one would have to search to find them and they do not detract.

The lamp is fully electrically re-furbished.

The shade is not included in the price.

Dimensions :- H ( to top of  the bulb holder ) 43 cm X W ( of base ) 15 cm
