B1642 - SOLD

This is a delightful vintage Italian console table / hall shelf dating from the 1950's. It is very decorative and would be perfect for displaying a few treasured pieces.

It is made in papier maché and plywood and is therefore very light. It is designed to be mounted on a wall. It has 2 scrolled legs with flower and leaf detail. The legs are angled back to meet the wall.

The table is gilded. The gilding has mellowed over the years and there is a little patina to the top which just adds character to this lovely vintage piece.

There are 2 metal loops at the back for hanging on a wall.

It measures :- 34.5 cm (13.6 inches) wide x 12.5 cm (4.9 inches) deep x 12.5 cm (4.9 inches) high.
