This is a divine pair of antique French repoussé curtain pole finials dating from the  19th Century.

The finials are of excellent quality with marvelous detail & definition to the repoussé work. The gilding on the metal has mellowed over the years to a subtle old gold which still catches the light beautifully. 

The finials have their original screws for fixing to a pole.

They measure:- 8 cms (3.1 inches) high not including the screws x approx. 7.5 cms (3 inches) wide. The base plate will take a 5 cms (2 inch) diameter pole.
