This is a stunning pair of antique French gilded metal curtain pole finials dating from the 1800's. They would certainly add a touch of grandeur to a curtain ensemble.

They have an acanthus leaf design with a central rose. They are weighty and of good quality with excellent detail to the casting of the metal. The gilding has a lovely old gold hue.

They each have a screw for attaching to a pole.

The finials measure:- 11.5 cm (4.5 inches) high not including the screw  x 6 cm (2.5 inches) wide. The base plate is 4.5 cm (1.75 inches) in diameter.

A superb pair of curtain pole finials to add a château chic finishing touch and another divine antique French find from La Belle Étoffe!
