This is a fantastic vintage French copper kitchen rack and 5 utensils set. It is of superb quality and would be perfectly at home in a professional cuisine.

It is rare to find a set such as this intact.

The rack has a brass rail upon which the utensils hang and a tray at the base to catch the drips.

There are 5 utensils :- a slotted skimmer, a ladle, a casserole spoon, a sauce spoon and a meat fork. Each utensil is stamped 'Made In France'. They are made entirely of copper including the rivets and are a lovely weight to handle.

The rack has one ot two minor dents but the utensils are in particularly good condition. We have polished each piece. A little patina remains but they would polish further if required.

There are two holes on the rack for hanging on a wall.

Rack - 51 cm (20 inches) high x 37 cm (14.5 inches) wide x 9.5 cm (3.75 inches) deep.

Skimmer - 45 cm (17.75 inches) long x 10.5 cm (4.1 inches) wide.

Ladle - 41.5 cm (16.25 inches) long x 10 cm (4 inches) wide.

Fork - 43 cm (17 inches) long x 3.25 cm (1.25 inches) wide.

Spoon - 42 cm (16.5 inches) long x 6.5 cm (2.5 inches) wide.

Sauce spoon - 38.5 cm (15.25 inches) long x 10 cm (4 inches) wide.

This is a fabulous set of utensils for serious use or to hang as a decorative piece in a vintage cuisine.
