B1856 - Gorgeous Antique French Roses Tapestry Tablecloth / Throw, Tasseled Trim, Circa 1920

This is a gorgeous antique French tapestry tablecloth / throw dating around 1920. It has a fun roses design and would be the perfect finishing touch to a vintage home.
 
It is woven in cotton in an unusual colour combination of pink, lilac, lemon & orange on an olive green background.  A tasselled knotted fringe around the edge finishes off this charming old textile.
 
We have left the throw as we found it in good antique condition with no wear or marks. The fringe has tousled a little over the passage of time (please see photos).
 
The throw measures :- 142 cm (4 ft 7.9 inches) x 131 cm (4 ft 3.5 inches) not including the fringe. The fringe is about 10 cm (4 inches) long.
 
A divine antique tapestry tablecloth / throw to add an authentic vintage finishing touch to a room and another sublime antique French textile find from La Belle Étoffe.
