B2147 - Divine SET 10 Antique French Gilded Metal Chateau Curtain Rings, Empire Style

This is a divine set of 10 antique French gilded metal curtain rings dating from the 1800's.

They are in the Empire style and have a gorgeous acanthus and laurel leaf embellishment which will sweep down over the top of the curtain when hung on a pole. The effect will be stunning and very chic.

These rings were originally sewn directly onto the curtain but a wire loop could be added to each ring in order to take a modern curtain hook.

The rings are all good and strong. The gilding has mellowed a little with the passage of time but still catches the light beautifully.

Each ring including the acanthus leaf embellishment measures approx. 10 cm (3.9 inches) high x 3 cm (1.1 inch) wide.

The inside of the curtain ring itself measures 5 cm (1.9 inches) diameter.
