This is a heavenly pair of long antique French lace château curtains dating from the  1920's. They are very detailed and would add the perfect frothy finishing touch to a feature window.

They are made in tulle in a lovely soft antique white and have fantastic hand made Luxeuil lace to the leading edges and the bottoms.

We have hung the curtains from clips (not included). There is a tape at the top of each curtain which could be sewn with antique curtain rings.

The curtains look lovely just hanging ready to flutter in the breeze or as we have photographed them, gently draped back with curtain hold backs (not included).

We have left the curtains as we found them. They are in good antique condition and are clean and fresh. There are however some characteristics of age which could easily be addressed. There is a small hole about 1 cm (0.4 inches) long on the left hand curtain. There is a small hole on the right hand curtain about 1.5 cm (0.6 inches) long and a pull at the top (please see photos). These could be darned or left as they are as they do not affect the overall appearance of the curtains. There are some rust marks on the curtain tape on the reverse of the curtains which of course do not show.

Each curtain measures :- 239 cm (7 ft 10.1 inches) long x 97 cm (3ft 2.2 inches) wide.
